HOW BEST TO USE THE ACCESS STATEMENT - We intend for these statements to provide additional information once the property description and facilities have been read and deemed appropriate.

The cottage is approached via a public tarmac road, which provides unlimited free car parking immediately outside. There is a 9 feet long path leading to the front door with 4 rising steps. The threshold has a 3 inch upstand, and there are 2 inch different floor levels between the lounge and bedroom and kitchen. All doors are 29 inches wide except the back door, which is 26 inches. Outside the back door there is a level concrete area from which 4 rising steps, with handrails, lead to a small garden with sitting out area, to which there is no other access. It is a short moderate uphill walk to the centre of the village, and a short downhill walk to the Coastal Path and estuary.
